EBC 2026 Distance Classic (double, and single century rides)

200 mile route Points of Interest


Naperville to Sycamore: Mile 0 to 43 (43 miles)

First leg gradually rises to the Headwaters park around mile 26, then it's pretty flat all the way to Sycamore.

In Sycamore there is a Mobil, another option is a BP south of the route, plus a couple parks nearby with bathrooms.

Services along the way:

  • 15.8: McDonald's (Batavia)
  • 17.6: BP  (Batavia)
  • 26.9: Porta Potty (Headwaters Park)

Sycamore to Dixon: Mile 43 to 104 (61 miles)

A rather long stretch with some rollers along the way. mostly after Oregon.

Popular stop in Dixon is Subway, other options are Culver's, Burger King, McDonald's, CircleK, and BP. 

If you're rolling through then use the BP on the way out of town. 

Services along the way (all in Oregon):

  • 78.6: Dairy Queen, BP
  • 79.1: Shell (off to left)
  • 79.2: Subway
  • 79.4: Casey's

Dixon to Hinckley: Mile 104 to 156 (52 miles)

Some more rollers leaving Dixon, then a jaunt past IL-38 through Franklin Grove and a long slog on Reynolds. You should restock in Franklin Grove as there's nothing else until Hinckley unless you go off route. Highest point on the route at mile 137. 

Popular stop in Hinckley is Dairy Joy, other options are BP, South Moon BBQ, or Casey's. 

Services along the way (Franklin Grove):

  • 116.5: Casey's 
  • 116.7 (Elm St) has a bar and a restaurant. 

Hinckley to Naperville: Mile 156 to 200 (44 miles)

Home stretch. If you refuel in Hinckley and smell the barn no need to stop. 

Services along the way if you do need them:

  • 166.9: Casey's (Plano)
  • 174.3: Speedway (Yorkville)
